Venue Guidelines

• **Footwear:** Proper non-marking sports shoes are strictly mandatory for indoor wooden and synthetic courts. Standard spikes are allowed only on natural turf.
• **Reporting Time:** Players must report at least 10 minutes prior to their booked slot to complete check-in procedures.
• **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the slot start are eligible for 100% wallet credit refund. No refunds for late cancellations.
• **Equipment:** Rackets, balls, and bibs are available at the facility reception for a nominal rental fee.
